We are looking for a C&B analyst for an independent consultancy, located in a beautiful building in the Vondelpark neighborhood.

Job description
You use R or Excel to draw the right conclusions and to be able to give the right advice to customers so that they can optimize HR operations. You will give advice on salaries and rewards and how organizations can better profile themselves in the field of diversity.
Job requirements
•Minimum of 2 years’ experience in C&B
•Analytical with great interest in Big Data
•Knowledge or experience with R or Excel
