The Commercial Performance Analyst will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and enhancing the overall commercial strategy by delivering actionable insights and robust analytics. This position will support multiple teams, including Marketing & Loyalty, Sales, Revenue, and Distribution, by providing data-driven recommendations to optimize performance and ensure a high-value proposition for franchisees.
Performance Reporting and Analysis:
- Analyze performance reports from a commercial perspective and support leadership in preparing for key meetings, such as HOBs.
- Create detailed commercial performance reports to assist franchisee groups.
Strategic Pricing and Promotions:
- Recommend pricing levels for promotions and marketing campaigns to maximize revenue and competitiveness by analyzing past results, learning from other regions, and working with each distribution segment.
- Manage the promotional rate plan setup and testing with support of the CoE teams. Track and analyze the revenue performance of promotions to assess effectiveness.
- Partner with the Revenue Management team to maintain a high-value proposition for franchisees and align strategies with organizational goals.
- Track and analyze performance of refreshed/on-brand properties versus past to show the impact of Brand refresh (to be used in Development/Franchisee marketing communications).
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Distribution teams on loyalty programs, relationship marketing, and other initiatives, providing analytical support and insights.
- Work on the delivery and enhancement of reporting that supports the monitoring of the region’s KPIs, working alongside the technology and US teams. Analyze and share the impact of industry & global trends.
Skills, Educational Background, and Experience:
- +5 years professional experience in Revenue Management – Distribution or similar role.
- Experienced interacting with colleagues or clients internationally and cross-culturally.
- Organized and structured working style but comfortable with adapting to change.
- Solid project management skills regarding internal and external stakeholders.
- Team player, curious, accurate, structured, and driven to achieve results.
- Fluent level of English, spoken and written.
- Ability to speak French is a plus but not essential.
