Change & Transformation is a key capability to deliver on our strategy and our external (regulatory) commitments. You will be part of a global pool of change professionals working across multiple locations. The main responsibility to orchestrate and drive complex change initiatives and programmes with energy and rigour (across tribes, functions, business lines and/or countries).

Global Change Execution is responsible for driving change (delivery) and attracting and developing change experts who and advance their career within ING (capability building)

What you will do:

  • You successfully execute those assignments that contribute most to ING’s strategic priorities and (external) commitments
  • You are part of an active global community of change experts, who share best practices and develop skills
  • What we are looking for :

  • An all-round change professional/programme manager with experience in driving and delivering complex change initiatives (in a programme lead role). Minimum 15 years of experience in transformation or relevant other roles.
  • Experience in Financial Markets and its products, life cycle and processing (Front to Finance)
  • Experience in (agile) programme management in an international context
  • Ability to deliver outcomes and benefits related to strategic objectives
  • Being able to build bridges in combination with a strong focus on delivery. Is flexible to use different styles for a large variety of stakeholders;
  • Strong skills to drive change: planning & alignment, stakeholder management up to board levels (. across domains) and effective communication (in a way that builds interest and commitment)
  • High resilience, the ability to deal with significant ambiguity in a complex and changing environment with a focus on collaboration
  • Proactive, a can-do mentality, a positive mind-set and organisational sensitivity
  • Ability to coach colleagues on-the-job
  • Excellent level of English
  • Master’s degree and relevant certifications (. MSP, Agile PgM)
