Overview
In this role you will drive Optiver’s direct counterparty (DCP) franchise in the German cash equity space, strengthening cross-border market relationships and supporting traders in direct trading. You will help expand into new markets while collaborating with marketing, research, and trading desks to deliver enhanced liquidity and price transparency. This position offers exposure to global markets, events, and a high-collaboration culture that values entrepreneurship and ownership. You will engage with counterparties face-to-face and contribute to a broader mission of improving the market.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with counterparts in the German cash equity space
- Assist traders in direct trading with counterparts by guiding dialogue and providing context for pricing
- Support trading’s understanding of DCP sector trading to inform trading efforts
- Develop participant profiles, reports and analyses
- Work with marketing to develop content for direct trading initiatives
- Attend conferences and seminars for related products

- Extensive experience in cash equity Institutional Sales
- Established professional network in the German cash equity market
- Strong selling capabilities
- Willingness to travel and meet counterparts face to face
