Job Description
- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.
- Strong data skills with proven experience in SQL and familiarity with APIs.
- Experience in requirements analysis, documentation, and business process modelling.
- Proactive and curious mindset with the ability to build strong business relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify key issues and priorities.
- Result-oriented with a strong focus on delivering outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across stakeholders and bridge NL and HU-based teams.
- Support Product Teams in maximizing product value by ensuring solutions meet validated requirements, driving user adoption, and supporting change realization.
- Quickly understand business domain boundaries and engage effectively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Maintain continuity of deployed products, support incident management, assist with technical configurations, and participate in standby duties.
- Perform integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Analyze and document current processes, identify inefficiencies, design future-state processes, and support business transformation.
- Identify user requirements, translate them into features, and support the Product Owner in feature prioritization.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
- Proactively investigate data-related issues, including integration-related issues, to support application operations.
