In this role, you’ll essentially be running a branding and marketing company within NOWN. You’ll have the freedom to bring fresh ideas and lead our marketing efforts from the ground up, blending your talents in photography, videography, and content creation to tell our story globally.
Responsibilities
- Lead Digital Campaigns: Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising to boost brand awareness and drive sales.
- Content Creation: Use Adobe Creative Suite, photography, and videography skills to produce high-quality content that resonates across multiple platforms.
- CRM Management: Leverage CRM systems to build deeper relationships with our global customer base, enhancing customer retention and growth.
- Analyze and Optimize: Run ROI reports on marketing initiatives to analyze effectiveness and optimize future campaigns and budgets.
- Global Strategy: Develop content that engages audiences in 42 different countries, ensuring our message resonates globally while staying true to NOWN’s identity.
- Entrepreneurial Leadership: Take ownership of the marketing function with an entrepreneurial mindset, managing strategies, budgets, and results as if running your own company within ours.
- Collaborate for Growth: Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals, driving growth and market expansion.
- Innovative Engagement: Explore new channels to engage with global audiences in a competitive market.
- Event Participation: Represent NOWN at industry events, fostering partnerships and enhancing our brand visibility.
- Passion for Design: Share our enthusiasm for design and architecture, bringing an interest in the processes behind them to your work.
Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field. A Master’s degree or background in design is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in marketing, focusing on digital marketing, content creation, and CRM systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, photography, and videography. Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Analytical Abilities: Skilled in running data-driven campaigns and interpreting ROI reports to inform strategies.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-motivated and self-managing, with a desire to take ownership and drive projects to success.
- Creative Vision: Strong eye for detail and design, with a passion for storytelling through visuals and content.
- Global Perspective: Interest in architecture and travel, capable of engaging with diverse international markets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written abilities, adept at managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch or other languages is a bonus.
