About Us

WeScents BV is a leading distributor of niche perfume brands in the BENELUX and DACH regions. We collaborate with exclusive brands and retailers, striving to provide exceptional service to our customers. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Order & Customer Support Representative to assist with order processing and customer communication – this will in addition to administrative tasks.

Your Responsibilities

  • Process and enter customer orders into our system.
  • Maintain customer communication via email and phone to confirm orders, answer inquiries, and resolve issues.
  • Monitor deliveries and update customers on order statuses.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as logistics and sales to ensure a smooth order process.
  • Manage and update customer information in our system.
  • Assist with administrative and back-office tasks as needed.

Who You Are

  • Experience in order processing, customer service, or a similar role preferred but not essential – full training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Strong communication skills, fluent in Dutch and English (German is a plus).
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to helping and advising clients.
  • Comfortable working with systems and administrative tasks.
