The Learning and Development division is expanding, hence the need for an application specialist with experience in LMS or LXP. In this role, you’ll oversee the entire learning platform (applications), collaborating with headquarters, developers, and other application administrators. You’ll contribute to daily maintenance, improvement, and further development, always keeping UI/UX in mind. You might even do some coding yourself and explore data integration possibilities between the platform and other data systems. Additionally, you’ll be involved in various projects, such as integrating different databases. Dit neem je mee

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;

Minimum two years of experience with LMS/LXP;

Experience as an application administrator;

Ability to code small features using CSS or similar languages;

Capability to build API integrations;

Organized, sociable, driven, with excellent multitasking skills;

Fluent in English, both written and verbal;

Flexible and eager to learn.
