Implement cutting-edge (Gen)AI solutions ( to summarize and analyze customer conversations for our contact center), but also for various other domains in banking, ensuring seamless integration and maximum impact.
Participate in the ideation and design of AI solutions with intrapreneurs and business experts.
Collaborate in a team consisting of data scientists, software- and platform engineers, to implement end-to-end AI solutions from development to deployment.
Experiment and implement new AI technologies (like ChatGPT), algorithms and methods in one of our bank wide projects ( in Financial Crime or Operations).
Fostering culture of innovation and collaboration with the AI team empowering members to thrive and deliver exceptional results by mentoring and coaching junior colleagues nurturing their growth and development within the AI domain.

Your profile
You have an academic background (Msc.) with a degree in Technology, Engineering or Mathematics.
Proven track record in delivering AI applications (minimum 3 years).
Deep understanding of (Gen)AI technologies and their practical applications.
You are pragmatic and value-focused, not afraid to work with existing solutions to reduce time-to-market.
Willing to broaden your skillset or go beyond your formal responsibilities to maximize the team’s product velocity.
Excellent communicator with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
