We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Financial Manager to join our team and lead our financial operations as we continue our global expansion. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of the Academy of Digital Industries, ensuring sustainable growth and excellence in financial management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies for growth and sustainability.

  • Create and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports / statements for executive and board review.

  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulations.

  • Collaborate on analysing funding and investment opportunities.

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations and ensure efficient processes.

  • Contribute financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team.

  • Analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and cost structures for optimization.

  • Provide financial expertise for expansion into new markets.

  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective procurement.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA / ACCA preferred.

  • Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role.

  • Strong understanding of financial management in the context of a growing and dynamic organization.

  • Experience with fundraising, investments, and financial modeling.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.

  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

  • Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving environment.

  • Commitment to the mission and values of the Academy of Digital Industries.

  • Work experience in an international company.
