Overview
In this role you shape the development of public and semi-public eTruck charging hubs across Europe, originating opportunities and securing sites. You work with cross-functional teams to move projects from concept to ready-to-build status, coordinating design, permitting, grid connections, and contracts. You build partnerships with charge point operators and customers to create compelling value propositions. You will contribute to Prologis’ leadership in sustainable logistics by expanding electrified freight infrastructure and driving commercial success.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Originate and assess eTruck charging hub opportunities across multiple European countries.
- Secure third-party land control via acquisitions or long-term leases and develop initial site concepts.
- Build relationships with charge point operators, fleets, and truck manufacturers to generate a strong partner pipeline.
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiating and closing leases and partner agreements.
- Develop project business cases with budgets, revenues, risks, and subsidy considerations, and manage internal approvals.
- Coordinate engineering designs, feasibility studies, permits, and grid connections with internal and external specialists, tracking pipeline, budgets and milestones.
- Ensure readiness-to-build criteria are met before handover to execution teams.
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 7+ years of relevant experience in e-mobility infrastructure, renewable-energy or real-estate project development, or related field
- Experience originating complex opportunities and advancing to ready-to-build status
- Established European network in eTruck charging and heavy-duty transport sectors
- Experience in site acquisition, land/lease negotiations, customer development, contract negotiation, and deal closing
- Experience developing business cases, assessing financial viability and incorporating public funding/subsidies
- Ability to coordinate multi-workstream activities with technical specialists
- Professional fluency in English
