Store Associate at Headstart
Headstart is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Store Associate to join our team! This position will be responsible for managing our store, as well as providing excellent customer service to all our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide sales and customer service to customers in the store
- Greet customers and offer assistance with their purchases
- Help to maintain a neat and organized store
- Keep store inventory accurately picked, packed and shipped
- Utilize a point-of-sale system to accept payments, manage discounts and refunds
- Recommend and upsell products to customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in the industry
- Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; BA/BS preferred
- 3+ years of retail/customer service experience
- Strong research and analytics skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of product inventory and Point-of-Sale systems
